Menacing – Officers responded to the area of NW 9th St and NW Circle Blvd on report of a 38-year-old Corvallis male pointing a pistol at his 46-year-old sister.  The female, a resident of Corvallis, said her estranged brother seemingly followed her from her residence.  The male was later found walking back to his residence and taken into custody.  He was later booked into the Benton County Jail.  Warrant Arrest – An officer contacted a 24-year-old Corvallis female on a welfare check in the 1300 block of NW 9th St.  The female had an active felony arrest warrant out of Benton County Circuit Court.  She was arrested and transported to Benton County Jail without incident. Warrant – An officer stopped a vehicle in the area of SW 3rd St and SW Hopkins Ave for a traffic violation.  The driver, a 45-year-old male with no fixed address, was found to be the subject of four Benton County arrest warrants.  He was issued a citation lieu of custody.
